Help! The stem of my cup broke!Updated a year ago

As a note, the stem of your cup is not pull tab or string. The stem is there to help locate the cup, and should never be used as a pull tab (pulling on the stem alone without breaking the seal). Once you locate the stem, walk your fingers up the stem to the base of the cup and pinch the grip rings to break the seal before wiggling the cup down. Pulling on the stem alone can damage your cup. Take good care of your Saalt Cup and it'll take good care of you.
