Try it out, work with our coaches, and if you’re still not satisfied with your cup or disc after 2 periods, we’ll send you a replacement or refund you for the purchase of your product.* Since Saalt products are regulated as medical devices, we can’t offer returns or exchanges. We will honor a refund for up to one year from the date of purchase, as long as a proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is provided.

Saalt Wear:
To ensure you choose the best fit before you order, check out our Saalt Wear size guide or reach out to our Saalt Coaches at sayhey@saalt.com for personalized help. If you’re not satisfied with your size, we’ll send you a new pair in another size or refund you for the purchase of your Saalt Wear* within 60 days of your original order date. What is your guarantee/return policy?

Great question! The main difference is where they sit. 

A cup sits in the vaginal canal and is held in place by forming a seal. A disc sits in the vaginal fornix and is held in place by its rim.
